  • Develop strategies for acquiring new advertising customers, and retaining and upselling existing customers
  • Assist in managing strategic brands and support client engagement for high value advertising customers
  • Ensure sales processes are followed by the sales team and that sales data is accurate and complete
  • Drive improvements in the quality of data and reporting offered to clients
  • Identify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiency
  • Coach the advertising sales team to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Manage and support a team of Sales Specialists with day-to-day operations


  • Commercially astute with an inherent understanding of driver of business value
  • Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken


  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent diploma) is preferential but not required
