JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage and oversee implementation of HR Policies/Procedures and processes aimed at achieving regional operation/business plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Change Management
• Manage the provision of effective training within the region
• Performance Management
• Manage the organizational employee engagement process
• Risk Management and Compliance
• Staff management and development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good verbal and Written Communication Skills,
• Participating in employee discipline and possible legal appeals for terminated staff
• Ability to Lead and Manage Employees
• Sensitivity in Handling Confidential Issues,

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• NQF level 6, relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Grade 12
