JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage and oversee implementation of HR Policies/Procedures and processes aimed at achieving regional operation/business plans.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change Management
- Manage the provision of effective training within the region
- Performance Management
- Manage the organizational employee engagement process
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Staff management and development
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and Written Communication Skills,
- Participating in employee discipline and possible legal appeals for terminated staff
- Ability to Lead and Manage Employees
- Sensitivity in Handling Confidential Issues,
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- NQF level 6, relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Grade 12
