JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mr D, a division of takealot.com, is looking for a highly talented Restaurant Account Associate to join our team in Cape Town. We are a young, dynamic, hyper growth company looking for smart, creative, hard-working people with integrity to join us!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners
• Assist the Sales Area Leads with the restaurants sign-up process
• Assist with all device-related queries from restaurant partners
• Work with Sales Area Leads to strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performance
• Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platform
• Assist in creating as well as maintaining a robust sales pipeline

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Exhibit the ability to self-motivate
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the local restaurant industry
• A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year Prior sales or account management experience
• Matric
