JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly drive merchandising and promotions activities
- Provide relevant operational reporting including, but not limited to all agreed business KPIs
- Establish product requirements and prioritize these in collaboration with the grocery partner and Mr D’s product team
- Agree on and monitor tertiary revenue (e.g. advertising, partnerships) with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement directly or indirectly through internal and external stakeholders
- Brief requirements into and agree on outputs with internal stakeholders such as the marketing, growth, finance, logistics, customer services and operations teams
- Coordinate and agree on outputs with Mr D’s grocery partner
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A demonstrated track record of operational excellence and an ability to execute
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in managing people
- A degree in business, economics or engineering
- 5+ years work experience in a relevant industry or environment
