JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Admin Assistant who has an eye for detail , strong MS Office especially excel experience and sales tracking / reports experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dealing with Customer Queries
- Office Administration
- Diary Management and General Administration
- Placing, processing and executing of orders and uplifts.
- Reconciliation of claims and credits
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Planning and organising skills
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Sales objective achievement skills
- Financial management skills
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12/NQF level 4
- 1-2 year’s secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years
