JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Admin Assistant who has an eye for detail , strong MS Office especially excel experience and sales tracking / reports experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealing with Customer Queries
  • Office Administration
  • Diary Management and General Administration
  • Placing, processing and executing of orders and uplifts.
  • Reconciliation of claims and credits

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Planning and organising skills
  • Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Sales objective achievement skills
  • Financial management skills

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12/NQF level 4
  • 1-2 year’s secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years
