TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Receptionist within the Trade Division at Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure coffee and tea are ordered for the office
- Creating a welcoming and friendly reception/waiting area
- Promptly answering calls
- Assist with company stationary
- Assist with admin
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Trilingual (understand and speak fluently in English, Afrikaans and isiZulu)
- Excellent people skills
- Exceptional telephonic etiquette
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric / Grade 12
