JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop training materials for restaurants and restaurant facing teams
• Work closely with the product and product marketing team to ensure effective go to market strategies for new restaurant products and features
• Partner with the CRM team to optimise email and communication tools and creatively engage restaurant partners
• Own restaurant menu conversion metrics and drive these throughout the business
• Analyse restaurant partner engagement on the Mr D Restaurant Portal
• Work closely with growth and marketing teams to prioritise deal/promo acquisition
• Ensure partners are provided with insights and instruction to improve restaurant operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to present ideas succinctly, in writing and verbally
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and follow-through

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communication
• Experience creating and executing direct B2B communication campaigns
• Experience using Sales CRM Tools
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in an E-Commerce Marketplace environment/Online B2B
