JOB DESCRIPTION:
AJP Group is a family owned business consisting of some 20 corporate entities (est. 1994). Its primary business is the retail of food and liquor, coupled with a medium-sized retail property component. AJP are currently the largest and longest serving Pick n Pay franchisees. The businesses are mostly based in the Eastern districts of the Ekurhuleni Metropolis in the province of Gauteng South Africa
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
- Great understanding of waste management and how to minimize waste
- Be a fully trained blockman and able to get involved in the daily operation
- Great understanding of figures and how to achieve GP
- Management of staff
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years’ experience running a butchery
