JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client is looking for a full time Butchery Manager / Supervisor to work approximately 45 hours per week.  Applicants must be prepared to work shifts, Sundays and public holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open and close the store
• Manage butchery targets and profitability
• Buying stock for butchery
• Hygiene and housekeeping
• Manage customers
• Point of sale and pricing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Drivers licence
• Cutting skills
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Management and negotiation skills

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Bilingual – English and Zulu
