JOB DESCRIPTION:
Multifranchise Nelspruit currently holds a vacancy for a Specialist: Technician – Service Reporting to the Manager: Service, this position requires someone who will ensure Customer Satisfaction in the service and repair of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that seats covers and floor mats are in the customer vehicles that have been worked on
- Interpret and implement technical service instruction data
- Take good care of customer’s car and contents
- Delegate work to helpers / RSAs and check it
- Report to Control if vehicle will not be ready on time
- Ensure that the daily time ticket and the full story is entered in the job card
- Keep all Company tools and plant clean and in good order
- Obtain authorization before ordering parts, outwork, etc. from Service Advisor and Foreman
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good customer orientation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a clear Criminal Record
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must have more than 5 years’ experience on the bench in this specific position
- Qualified Hyundai /Renault /Kia Diagnostic Technician
- Must have at least a minimum of Grade 12
