JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Business Development Manager in Guarding and Integrated Solutions, you will have had experience selling guarding and integrating solutions to ensure the client has a comprehensive integrated solution at competitive market rates,
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions and divisions as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and personal visits
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through ongoing communication and liaison
- Ensure highest possible customer service standards are maintained always
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills • Comply with company policies and procedures
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys as directed by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Traceable sales target achievements
- Sound knowledge of the Security industry preferable
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric
- Post Matric qualification (Preferably in Sales )
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position selling workplace integrated solutions
- Experience of compiling tenders, bids and or RFPs is imperative
