JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting training for managers, supervisors and staff on their role on EAP
- Ensure effective and efficient functioning of wellness programme
- Promote and support work-life balance
- Conduct needs analysis for employees within the institution
- Provide statistical information to the HR Manager, CEO, District Office and Head Office
- Conduct assessment, referrals, counseling and intervention support to staff
- Adapt and implement EAP policies and procedures for the institution
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Policy development
- Presentation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent report writing skills
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree/National Diploma in Social Science/Social Work/Employee Wellness
- Certificate of service of previous and current experience obtaining and endorsed by Human Resource Department
- Matric/ Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Employee Wellness field
