Well established, JSE listed FMCG manufacturing concern are looking for an experienced Financial Director to join their team
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, reporting in to the MD, have full P&L responsibility for the Portfolio. As part of the leadership team, be the go-to person for insights, fact-based decisions, planning and performance support. Ensure the delivery of robust analysis to guide category investment decisions, assess future growth opportunities, analyse actual and forecasted financial performance; proactively highlight performance concerns / opportunities and partner with the categories to plan commercial activities as well as lead reporting on past and future trends and ROI in support to furfure decision making.
Desired Experience & Qualification
CA (SA) with 5 – 6 yrs. Financial Management exp and 2 years FD / Snr Finance Exec within the FMCG industry coupled with a strong commercial understanding, matrix reporting and ability to influence multiple stakeholders essential.
Package & Remuneration
R2M – R2.6M CTC Neg
