JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Budgeting and delivery to set Budgets
- Training and mentoring of franchisees on our specified system requirements
- Managing franchise operational and financial standards
- Growing turnover and profit of all stores under your control
- Overall accountability for overseeing ± 12 stores performance and growth
- New business development and execution
- Procurement of inventory and stock management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of stock inventory management
- Good conflict management skills
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous retail experience of 5 – 7 years would be advantageous
