JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Store Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of In-Store Operational and Promotional Activity
  • Stakeholder Management
  • People Management
  • Sales and Achievement of Sales Targets

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Planning & organising skills
  • Computer literacy (Basic to Intermediate)
  • Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotion principles
  • Knowledge of stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 – 5 years’ general experience, with 1 -2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
  • 2-3 years’ general experience as well as 1 -2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
