JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Store Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of In-Store Operational and Promotional Activity
- Stakeholder Management
- People Management
- Sales and Achievement of Sales Targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Planning & organising skills
- Computer literacy (Basic to Intermediate)
- Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotion principles
- Knowledge of stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 4 – 5 years’ general experience, with 1 -2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
- 2-3 years’ general experience as well as 1 -2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
